NZ Choral Federation

The NZ Choral Federation needed a website refresh and rebuild. Their website was difficult to update and to order pages. Users were getting lost on the website as the navigation user paths were messy and hid important links.

Designer Digital to the rescue  - we analysed these issues and provided a solution where we re-structured their website architecture including eight microsites into a user friendly navigation with clear paths, and installed Concrete CMS , our most intuitive content management system.   We custom coded event registration for creating event listings, as well as timed registration for schools and choirs to sign up for participation in an NZCF Activity event.

This was accompanied with a custom built backend admin module where the registration forms can be edited and the registrations data could export to a full report for event management. NZCF manage their choir listings with a third party CRM and we integrated the website to automatically load choir information from across the country onto a custom designed webpage list and popup. Oh, and one more thing; you can pay via the website for key events....

With a custom design and build that modernises their branding and reflects their musical market audience better, NZCF now enjoy a new website that is complex behind the scenes, whilst being easy to use for both admin and site visitor.
